Lineage Logistics’ Data Science team—ranked #1 Most Innovative Data Science team by Fast Company in 2019—is growing rapidly and continues to leverage quantitative methods and diverse backgrounds to optimize more aspects of Lineage’s business. The Research and Development team (R&D) is a subset of the Data Science team that focuses on how Lineage uses energy, and develops novel solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. These projects range from renewable and novel energy generation systems to energy market participation and automated control systems, and cover every aspect of Lineage’s energy and sustainability profile.
