Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial and technical aspects in relation to renewables assets portfolio, maintain close relationship and dialogue with technical and commercial managers to improve operational asset performance and resolve arising issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, real estate, permit, grid and contractual obligations of assets
  • Manage invoicing process for all operating entities
  • Set annual site operating budgets, ensure compliance with financing requirements, financial accounts and tax filing deadlines and maintain appropriate records for each operating entity
  • For development and construction projects:
  • Manage and monitor construction progress for assets under construction and liaise with counterparties and technical advisors
  • Prepare, develop and manage project budgets, scopes of work and timelines
  • Produce progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage and monitor development assets up to successful permit achievement
  • Request and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations
  • Identify potential project risks and solutions
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create a handover document for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team

 

What we expect:

 

  • Strong academic credentials with a relevant degree such as in Business Administration, Engineering or Renewables & Finance
  • Relevant experience in the Renewables Industry and Asset Management
  • Engineering experience in renewable energy project design and procurement a must for technical manager
  • Strong experience with construction management and project development process
  • Understanding of technical, commercial and contractual value drivers at asset level
  • Understanding of legal, tax, accounting and financial analysis of renewable energy projects
  • Structured, diligent work approach and high degree of dedication as well as commercial judgment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a CEE language strongly preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS office software
