We are looking for a highly-motivated Revenue Operations Manager to enhance our go-to-market strategy. As the first member of our revenue operation team you will partner directly with our sales team to define GTM processes, measure performance, and implement reporting systems. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

The Role

  • Revenue forecasting — Conduct data-driven sales/revenue forecasting and track lead-to-opportunity conversion.

  • Tools — Develop and integrate CRM and customer analytics tools, with a focus on automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Operations — Design and implement “Lead Scoring, “Lead to Opportunity”, and “Quote to Cash” processes while also maintaining controls to ensure contracting/quote profitability.

  • Insights — Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion, ARR, sales efficiency, and retention rates.

  • Enablement - work with sales leadership to provide the insights, collateral, and development needed for the GTM team

The Essentials

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or related role, with a track record of establishing zero to one processes, execution, and outcomes

  • Experience with pipeline, forecasting, lead management, sales and marketing tools, and SaaS analytics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

  • A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree

  • Knowledge of the company’s target audience and goals

  • Strong understanding and passion for sustainability and climate tech market

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in financial markets, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital
