THE SHORT VERSION 👀

Why: We have three General Partners on the investment side, and we’re getting very busy, so we need support. The analyst will become an important support to help GPs prepare and research for them to make good decisions.

What: We are looking for someone who is a problem solver and can help us get comfortable with our decisions, including helping build our market thesis, supporting gathering material, reference checks, and analyzing our incoming deal flow, etc.

Who: Most likely you have a few years of work experience as a founder, startup employee, management consulting or within venture. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment works well to tight deadlines, loves doing research, and builds business cases. The role is ideal for someone who wants to spend a few years at a VC firm to build up their skills and expertise.

Finally, with your wonderful energy and proactive, innovative mindset, you can identify new opportunities for improvement and drive change forward! Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, particularly in English, with a keen eye for details. You are candid, fun to work with, and, most importantly, you care about climate. 🍀
