Salary Compensation Range: $100,000–160,000 (+ equity package)

Role Description:

 

As our Founding Chief-of-Staff, you will serve as a key partner for Pika’s founders on a wide range of projects involving business decision support, strategic planning, and product deployment. You'll be responsible for leading key projects, driving both the vision and project delivery. In the near term, you will play a pivotal role in the operational deployment of the Pika platform with initial customers, and optimizing this process over time. As our company grows, this role will expand to include investigating and executing on greenfield opportunities beyond our core product.

 

Note that this is an in-office role located in SF (open to NYC on a case-by-case basis), and this position will require necessary travel.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work alongside the founders to build and deploy our core product with customers.
  • Make critical decisions to establish the operational and customer success foundations for Pika’s GTM strategy.
  • Provide leverage and work to improve the operating efficiency of our founders - making time, information, and decision-making more effective.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis on a wide range of topics.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team as the company scales.
  • Take on cross-functional initiatives that don’t yet have a clear home within the organization and assume ownership to scope, manage and execute.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in GTM, finance, product management, business operations, growth and/or technical roles in high-growth organizations or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, judgment and demonstrated ability to provide significant operating leverage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to lead strategic initiatives and projects, and present to C- and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable commitment to environmental sustainability and belief in our mission.
