The Customer Success team is looking for an Intern/ Co-op who is passionate about our customers, diving into data and delivering results. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead tactical responsibilities and support strategic projects, and you will be part of an exceptional team that is laser focused on combating the climate crisis. This is a 6 month remote paid internship.

As a Customer Success Intern your primary objectives will be to:

  • Build repeatable reports and assist with taking action on the findings 
  • Eliminate internal seams so other Voltans can work efficiently
  • Develop training materials
  • Prepare documentation  
  • Collect needed documentation from customers to ensure we enroll them into the market as quickly as possible

Key Requirements

  • You have recently acquired a Bachelor’s degree OR are a senior OR are in the second half of a coop program
  • You are available to work 20 hours per week
  • You have strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Experience with data analysis in ExcelGoogle sheetsSalesforce experience is a plus
  • You have great “bedside manner,” with a healthy blend of persistence, diplomacy, and energy to get everyone moving in the right direction
  • Operations-minded; you adhere to “zero defect work”
  • You are process-minded and love developing new, more efficient ways to do things
  • You have attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, bias toward action, and appreciation for urgency
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are great at cross-functional collaboration  You understand or are interested in the role of demand-side resources in energy markets
