Circulor is looking for a Client Partner based in the US, East Coast (DC).

The Client Partner role sits within our Sales team is responsible for leading our sales activities with prospects, clients, and their supply chain.

They are a dynamic, commercially focused individual and enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a multi-national and international client base.

The role requires a track record in selling software or consulting services to C-level clients in procurement, supply chain, and sustainability functions of large organizations.

They should be able to generate and close opportunities independently and where required, work effectively with project delivery colleagues on more complex customer opportunities.

Additionally, this role helps Circulor to lead the market through the innovation and development of our products and services by providing industry and customer insights and by contributing to compelling thought leadership.

Key tasks & responsibilities: 

  • Build an effective pipeline of sales opportunities and convert them into new business
  • Identify opportunities to deliver increased revenue growth from both existing and new customers and prospects
  • Manage and lead sales activities and negotiations using a range of selling and influencing skills to win new business that will make a positive financial impact on the business
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations to prospects and customers
  • Build effective and trusting relationships across client organizations that promotes and enhances Circulor’s capabilities, track record, and brand recognition
  • Provide support to colleagues in the account development team including management of proposals for complex customer expansion
  • Apply best practice and sales methodologies and demonstrate core skills in objection handling with customers, overcoming difficult challenges to enable a positive outcome

Key experience and skills: 

  • 5+ years of sales and/or consulting experience
  • Prior experience selling SaaS IT solutions/consultancy services to supply chain, procurement, and sustainability C-level prospects and clients
  • Strong understanding of industrial supply chains and/or sustainability
  • Experience of working with internal and customer implementations and project delivery teams and building effective and trusting relationships across client organizations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, engaging, accurate & concise presentations, proposals, and value propositions
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Adept in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, office productivity tools including PowerPoint, Word, etc., and in an accurate and timely manner, ensure that sales forecasting and management tools are kept up to date
  • Graduates from any degree discipline. Numerical or analytical degree subject preferable.
