We are looking for a brilliant and driven individual to help us drive and shape Thalo's core businesses and define our strategy from go-to-market to massive commercial scale - all while saving the world.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identify & prioritize partner segments to support our expansion goals
• Develop & execute go-to-market strategies and evaluate market sizing opportunities, working directly with the CEO
• Source, close, and implement commercial relationships with partners
• Develop relationships and leverage opportunities with government/municipal sponsors and partners

Job Requirements:

• Experience sourcing and structuring partnerships
• Ability to navigate the ambiguity of early stage climate markets
• Previous experience scaling new product segments from strategy to execution in conjunction with engineering
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for mitigating the effects of climate change

Nice to haves:

• Experience with climate mitigation companies
• Previous experience functioning in and/or driving policy at the local, state, or national level
• Experience selling energy efficiency and/or HVAC equipment into commercial real estate industry
• Ability to learn a new technology and represent the company with a high degree of professionalism
