We are seeking a motivated Chief of Staff to support CEO priorities in a fast-moving early startup environment. Thalo Labs is a small team, every member of which works cross-functionally. In addition to developing cutting-edge CO2 mitigation technology, we are currently hyper-focused on creating a robust path to market for our products, which among other strategic projects will be a significant focus for this role.
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing new strategies and partnerships within the nascent carbon economy, and wants to help radically speed the rate of emissions mitigation at scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the CEO to execute on the company’s highest priority initiatives while scoping, owning, and managing longer-term strategic projects.
- Help set the go-to-market strategy for new products that will reduce and capture carbon emissions.
- Support talent acquisition cross-company, including supporting candidate pipeline development and publicity for high-priority open roles.
- Source, develop & prioritize partner segments and customers to support our expansion goals.
- Develop relationships with ecosystem partners to scale Thalo’s business while expanding the overall market for climate mitigation technologies in the U.S. and beyond
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in strategy, operations, and/or business development or experience supporting senior executives or principals in similar roles
- Passion for mitigating climate changeExperience sourcing and structuring partnerships
- Experience creating structures and processes to build a market, business, or product
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills

- You are both a creative, strategic thinker and a roll-up-your-sleeves doer, excited about working in an early startup environment with dynamic priorities on the cutting edge of climate
- Understanding of legislative and regulatory processes that affect businesses like Thalo’s and experience working in public policy development or advocacy
