EIP is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to work on our Investor Relations. This position will work directly under our Head of Investor Relations and learn and assist on all aspects of an IR process. This position is based in New York or Washington, DC and is required to be in office 3-days a week.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Support EIP’s broader investor relations processes and initiatives
• Prepare materials for investors, including maintaining existing marketing collateral and creating new marketing/ informational materials
• Prepare responses to investors’ due diligence requests – including DDQs, RFIs – by working with various stakeholders across the platform to gather information
• Assist in the project management of multiple fundraising processes across a wide range of investor types, geographies and strategies including the planning of meetings/ roadshows/ conference support and follow ups
• Maintain fundraising contacts for outreach, prepare invitations to events and help put on webinars with various teams at EIP
• Maintain EIP’s internal investor CRM and fund related data rooms
• Assist in preparation for in-person meetings with LPs and prospects
• Ad hoc projects related to investor relations
