We're seeking an innovative, passionate, team-oriented Climate Solutions Manager to join our growing team.

Role responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customer’s problems and how our platform can meet those needs
Own the technical aspects of our sales process, serving as the subject matter expert on our product and customer value
Develop strong customer relationships; be seen not just as our product expert but an advisor on climate strategy in general
Support consultative engagements for customers who seek to pair our platform with executive-level insights into their climate resilience strategy
Serve as the strategy nucleus for ClimateAi: assess new segments, establish the GTM motion, and execute initial sales
Serve as the voice of customer in product development
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and conversations
Drive key growth initiatives, including pricing, channel partnerships, market insight, and customer discovery
Help build the Solutions function: define and drive processes that will enable us scale
Grow with us. We view this role as a foundational element of our business team, with opportunities to grow in Solutions, Product, Business Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, etc.
Qualifications
Experience in structured problem solving with customers, as evidenced by 2+ years experience in management consulting
Comfort with ambiguity - take problems without a clear answer and define an answer using practical assumptions and defensible logic
Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, including technical topics (e.g. data science concepts), as evidenced by cross-functional professional experiences
Quantitative and analytical - able to transform data-driven insights into clear customer ROI
Background in climate science, sustainability, and/or data science is a plus
Most importantly, a passion for climate change solutions
