What You’ll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you and your teammates.  As a Client Success team member, you lead onboarding, sales, and operational trainings for new clients across multiple product lines. You own the ongoing relationship with
the client, ensuring that Omnidian delivers against commitments, and you measure your success by client satisfaction and revenue growth. You work closely with counterparts on the Sales, Operations and Product organizations. Reporting and metrics are your obsession for managing fruitful client relationships. Ongoing relationship building and management are your superpowers!

You are proactive and take initiative to complete your work and solve problems. You are a people person and feel comfortable delivering presentations to senior audiences. You are methodical about planning and managing your schedule. Your friends describe you as someone who always follows through on commitments. Experience You’ll Need

    • Deep understanding of Solar industry (commercial required; residential is a plus)
    • Direct experience managing business relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams
    • Presentation / public speaking skills 
    • 10+ years of professional experience
    • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
