We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations. This is a full-time position, starting in the summer or fall of 2022. Our office is in Portola Valley and this is initially a Bay Area-based role, with some flexibility to eventually be remote after getting to know the team in-person.

This Head of IR will be stepping into a new role for our firm and help co-create the job expectations, which will include:

• Identifying, contacting, and screening new potential LPs
• Leading fundraising efforts, including creating fundraising materials, facilitating LP conversations, and quarterbacking diligence and closing processes
• Supporting our existing LP relationships, including regular LP communications and reporting, as well as responding to ad hoc requests
• Planning an annual LP meeting and additional LP calls / events as needed
• Building G2’s brand and reputation amongst the LP community

We are a small team and the Head of IR will work closely with all the G2 partners, but would be the sole person focused on IR as we have no near-term plans to build out a broader IR team. This is not an investing role - we are separately hiring full-time investors, see here for that job posting
