We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support the CEO on corporate operations, strategy, and special projects.

- Super organizer that is excited to take ownership and drive forward numerous initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Detail-oriented self-starter that can independently run with tasks given limited information and summarize findings clearly for the leadership team.
- Start-up athlete that understands the key levers and drivers of a startup’s success at 35-100 employee size.
- Strategic thinker that can understand the many needs of Euclid’s organization and team and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Effective communicator that can manage important internal and external relationships.

What You’ll Do – Immediate
- Your responsibility is simple: creatively solve any problem that gets thrown your way with relentless execution. In exchange, you’ll get a front row seat taking a company from 0 to 1
- Leverage CEO by executing on immediate special projects within growth, customer discovery, recruiting, PR, legal, and marketing
- Support people ops and culture initiatives like offsite planning, employee support, community building
- Support the Euclid Leadership Team on strategic planning efforts (OKRs, quarterly reviews)
- Support key communication initiatives like Board presentations, stand-ups, and all-hands
What You’ll Do – Long Term
- Work across Euclid to ensure that the company is working effectively to make progress towards corporate goals and priorities
- Support CEO on company strategy as a strategic advisor and confidant (a highly trusted person with whom to discuss and pressure‐test ideas)
- Support larger communications, marketing, and messaging efforts
- Support management team in build-out of internal functions like People, Marketing, Growth, and Sales
- Eventually transition into a larger role as a leader in Strategy, Operations, Growth, People, or another area within Euclid
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 year(s) of professional experience ideally in a startup chief of staff role, operations, strategy, or people operations role. We are looking for someone that is organized and collaborative, but also brings a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proven experience in planning, leading, and delivering on strategic initiatives with meaningful business impact
- World-class presentation skills, with ability to create clear, concise presentations laying out research or strategy findings
- Passion for fighting climate change through deployment of clean energy
- People Operations experience is a plus
- Growth / Marketing / Sales experience is a plus

The starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
