🏆 What You'll Achieve
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
- Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices to optimize the customer experience & application process
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and drive value realization
- Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to create systems & products that address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and crate a simplified experience
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, guiding customers on how to maximize the value of our partnership
✨ About You
- Experience with the grants & contracts process: You aren’t scared of 150 page RFPs or FOAs, and have successfully won multiple bids you’ve worked on. You know how to source opportunities and are confident recommending RFPs & FOAs to customers.
- Action-oriented mindset: You possess a strong bias towards action and are driven by delivering results.
- Passionate about customer experience You share our passion for creating positive customer experiences and are committed to helping customers achieve their goals.

🚀 Bonus Points
- Experience with climate opportunities: You’ve worked on RD&D with the DOE and know that there are 12 different SBIRs. You come to us with deep-expertise & passion in a specific area (EVs? Clean energy? Circular economy?).
- Experience in high-growth startups: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment will be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of AI: Familiarity with AI and LLMs a plus. Excitement mandatory.
