🏆 What You'll Achieve

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices to optimize the customer experience & application process
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and drive value realization
  • Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to create systems & products that address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and crate a simplified experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, guiding customers on how to maximize the value of our partnership

 

About You

  • Experience with the grants & contracts process: You aren’t scared of 150 page RFPs or FOAs, and have successfully won multiple bids you’ve worked on. You know how to source opportunities and are confident recommending RFPs & FOAs to customers.
  • Action-oriented mindset: You possess a strong bias towards action and are driven by delivering results.
  • Passionate about customer experience You share our passion for creating positive customer experiences and are committed to helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Adaptable in a startup environment: You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup culture and can easily navigate through ambiguity.

📈 Requirements

🚀 Bonus Points

  • Experience with climate opportunities: You’ve worked on RD&D with the DOE and know that there are 12 different SBIRs. You come to us with deep-expertise & passion in a specific area (EVs? Clean energy? Circular economy?).
  • Experience in high-growth startups: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment will be a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI: Familiarity with AI and LLMs a plus. Excitement mandatory.
