Role and Responsibilities: 

• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. 

• Report Generation: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management. 

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to support business strategy development. 

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies. 

• Data Visualization: Develop visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. 

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to business processes, data analysis methodologies, and findings. 

• Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the business analysis team 

Skills and Experience: 

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
